bedroom loft recently converted from a historic warehouse built in
1900. This unique loft has one wall of floor-to-ceiling windows 14 feet
historic brick side walls. Sunlight pours into the apartment from floor
to ceiling south facing windows creating a lovely spacious ambience and
an interesting view of the ever changing street activities below. You
can get a perspective of the loft in the photograph at the top of the

floor of a three story brick building that can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The building's shared roof top patio
offers views of Victoria's skylines, Legislative Buildings and historic
waterways which can be accessed within half a block.
Awarehouse Loft is a non-smoking space for couples, singles, snowbirds or short-term
vacationers who enjoy a comfortable self-catering holiday. We are
sorry but no pets are permitted.
The King-sized bed with wall mounted lights makes it perfect for reading
or just relaxing in bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker,
Tassimo coffee maker, blender, food processor, toaster, toaster oven, coffee grinder and all of the comforts

The rental price is all inclusive, high-speed internet access, high definition television
with full HD cable connections, a personal video recorder to allow you
to watch one show and record another, free local phone calls, all
electricity and heating charges, sheets, towels, liquid soap
and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, coffee, tea,
spices, sugar and more).
Within easy walking distance of: BC Legislative Building, BC
downtown shopping, Chinatown, Beacon Hill park, the Inner Harbour, great restaurants and pubs.
You will not need a car to explore Victoria but if you have one, convenient parking is
available at the city parking lot across Yates Street from the
apartment. The parking garage charges $13.50 per day with no charge on
Sundays or holidays.
